If VOLTAGE goes above or below those numbers it goes into FAIL SAFE so equipment doesn’t get damaged. As an ISOLATION TRANSFORMER it also CLEANS up DIRTY AC. You can put multiple racks with line level gear. It can handle 500 Watts. Not meant for amps. Keep your LINE LEVEL gear CLEAN.
